Preview link

In order to copy a permanent preview link that does not expire for your theme, follow these steps:

1. From Shopify admin, go to Online Store → Themes
2. Find the theme you want to share and click •••
3. Hover over the Preview button, then right-click and select Copy Link Address from the context menu.
4. You are now ready to send the code to us.

IMPORTANT

If you copy the link directly from the preview page, it will expire after 48 hours. Always use the method above to ensure the link remains active.

Storefront password

If your store is password-protected and not yet published, follow these steps to find and share your Storefront password:

1. From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store → Preferences.
2. Scroll to the Store access section.
3. Copy the Password from the input field.
4. Share this password with us to grant access.

Collaborator access

1. Generate a collaboration code

   1. From Shopify admin, go to Settings → Users and permissions
   2. Find the Collaborators section
   3. Click Generate new code
   4. Copy the generated code and send it to us.

2. Accept the collaboration reques After we receive your code, we'll send you a collaboration request. You can accept it using one of the following methods:

   • Via Shopify dashboard:

     • Go to Settings → Users and permissions
     • Look for our pending request
     • Click to approve it

   • Via email:

     • Check the email address linked to your Shopify account
     • Open the collaboration invitation
     • Click the approval link

   • INFO

     Once you've accepted, we’ll have the necessary access to assist with your store.
