Admin access ​

In order to copy a permanent preview link that does not expire for your theme, follow these steps:

  1. From Shopify admin, go to Online Store → Themes
  2. Find the theme you want to share and click •••
  3. Hover over the Preview button, then right-click and select Copy Link Address from the context menu.
  4. You are now ready to send the code to us.

IMPORTANT

If you copy the link directly from the preview page, it will expire after 48 hours. Always use the method above to ensure the link remains active.

Storefront password ​

If your store is password-protected and not yet published, follow these steps to find and share your Storefront password:

  1. From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store → Preferences.
  2. Scroll to the Store access section.
  3. Copy the Password from the input field.
  4. Share this password with us to grant access.

Collaborator access ​

IMPORTANT

We can no longer send collaborator access requests. Going forward, we'll provide support without accessing your Shopify admin.

Direct access is at our discretion and only requested in rare cases where we can't resolve an issue otherwise. If that happens, you will need to add us as a staff member from Settings → Users → Add users.

If you don’t see an option to add an user: your current plan or user setup may limit user invites, in that case, we will not be able to access your store.

  1. Generate a collaboration code

    1. From Shopify admin, go to Settings → Users → Security
    2. Find the Store security section
    3. Under Collaborators, click Generate new code
    4. Copy the generated code and send it to us.

  2. Accept the collaboration reques After we receive your code, we'll send you a collaboration request. You can accept it using one of the following methods:

    • Via Shopify dashboard:

    • Via email:

      • Check the email address linked to your Shopify account
      • Open the collaboration invitation
      • Click the approval link

    • INFO

      Once you've accepted, we’ll have the necessary access to assist with your store.
